You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

4. Purchases via Amazon

We do not sell products directly through this Site. All purchases of Mind + Matter products are made through Amazon. When you click a "Buy on Amazon" link, you leave our Site and enter into a transaction directly with Amazon.

This means:

  • Amazon's own Conditions of Use & Sale apply to your purchase, not these Terms.
  • Pricing, availability, shipping, delivery, returns, and refunds are all governed by Amazon's policies and your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
  • Any issue with an order (delivery, damage, refunds) should be raised with Amazon in the first instance, through your Amazon account or Amazon's A-to-z Guarantee.

5. Health & safety disclaimer

Mind + Matter products are food supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Information on this Site is provided for general information only and is not medical advice.

  • Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
  • Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
  • Keep out of reach of young children.
